【2026】ラオスの首都ビエンチャンのマッサージ相場｜東側エリア　[2026] Massage Price Guide in Vientiane, the Capital of Laos | Eastern Area

こんにちは、東南アジアだーいすきなホステルオーナーのはづきです。今回はラオスの首都ビエンチャンで見つけた、ちょっと落ち着いたエリアのマッサージ事情をまとめます。
Hi, I’m Hazuki, a hostel owner who absolutely loves Southeast Asia. This time, I’m sharing the massage scene in a quieter area I found in Vientiane, the capital of Laos.

場所はパトゥーサイのある中央通りの東側。西側は観光客向けのホテルやスパ、居酒屋、パブが集まっていてかなり賑やかなんですが、東側は雰囲気が一変します。まず官公庁が多くて昼も全体的に静かで、（歩行者の）人通りも少なめ。夜は街灯も少なく正直あまり歩きやすいエリアではないけど、その分、落ち着いて滞在したい人には向いている場所かも。
This area is on the east side of the main road where Patuxai is located. The west side is lively, packed with tourist-friendly hotels, spas, izakayas, and pubs, but the atmosphere changes completely on the east side. There are many government buildings, so it feels quiet even during the day, with fewer pedestrians around. At night there are not many streetlights, so it’s honestly not the easiest area to walk around, but that also makes it a good fit for people who want a calmer stay.

このエリア、マッサージ店の数自体は多くないんですが、実際に見たメニューから相場感を整理するとこんな感じです。
There aren’t that many massage shops in this area, but based on the menus I actually saw, this is the general price range.

まず一番ベーシックなラオスマッサージ。60分で160,000キープ（約1,200円）。これはどの店でもほぼ共通ライン。タイマッサージや肩・背中系も同じく160,000キープ前後に収まっていて、「1時間＝約1,200円」が基準と考えてOKです。ビエンチャンだと1000円を割る店もあったから、やはり都会なんですなあ。
First, the most basic Lao massage costs 160,000 kip for 60 minutes, which is about 1,200 yen. This seems to be the standard price at most shops. Thai massage and shoulder or back treatments also tend to fall around 160,000 kip, so it’s fair to think of 1 hour = about 1,200 yen as the baseline. I did see some places in Vientiane that were under 1,000 yen, though, so this really does feel like a capital city.

少しグレードが上がると、オイルマッサージやアロマ系で240,000キープ（約1,800円）。さらにホットオイルやハーバル系になると300,000キープ前後（約2,200円）。このあたりが中価格帯。
A step up from that would be oil massage or aroma treatments at around 240,000 kip, or about 1,800 yen. Hot oil or herbal treatments go up to around 300,000 kip, about 2,200 yen. That seems to be the mid-range price zone.

高級ラインになると、スパ系やスクラブ付きで360,000〜720,000キープ（約2,700〜5,400円）まで一気に上がります。特に120分コースになると価格差がはっきり出て、「ローカル店でもちゃんと高級帯が存在する」ことが分かります。
At the higher end, spa-style menus and treatments with scrubs jump up to 360,000 to 720,000 kip, or about 2,700 to 5,400 yen. The price difference becomes especially obvious with 120-minute courses, showing that even local shops do have a proper premium range.

ここで面白いのが、中国元表記も併記されている点。中国人観光客向けの価格感も意識されていて、ビエンチャンの観光構造がそのままメニューに反映されているのが見て取れます。実際ビエンチャンを歩いていて明らかに感じたのが、中国語の存在感の強さ。看板や店舗表示に中国語が併記されているケースがかなり多くて、「あ、ここ東南アジアだけど完全に中国経済圏の影響下にあるな」と体感できる。
One interesting detail is that Chinese yuan prices are also shown on the menus. It clearly reflects how businesses are also pricing for Chinese tourists, and you can really see Vientiane’s tourism structure directly in those menus. Walking around the city, I strongly felt how visible Chinese is. Many signs and shop displays include Chinese, and it really makes you think, this is Southeast Asia, but it’s clearly under strong influence from the Chinese economic sphere.

実際、中国系の銀行の支店も普通に見かけるし、街中では中国資本の大規模な建設現場もちらほら。特にインフラ系や都市開発っぽいプロジェクトが目立っていました。ラオス自体が内陸国で外部資本に依存しやすい構造というのもあって、中国との結びつきはかなり強い印象です。高速鉄道も中国まで繋がってることも大きいかも。
You also casually see branches of Chinese banks, and around the city there are large construction sites backed by Chinese capital. Infrastructure and urban development projects especially stand out. Laos is a landlocked country and structurally tends to depend on outside investment, so the connection with China feels quite strong. The high-speed railway linking all the way to China is probably a major factor too.

観光客の層も同じで、中華系の中年旅行者がかなり多い。若者よりおじさんおばさんです。団体〜小グループが多くて、カフェやレストラン、マッサージ店でも中国語対応が当たり前になっているところが多いです。実際にメニューに中国元表記があるのもその流れ。
The tourist demographic reflects that too, with many middle-aged Chinese-speaking travelers rather than younger backpackers. There are lots of tour groups and small groups, and many cafes, restaurants, and massage shops now treat Chinese-language support as normal. The fact that menus include Chinese yuan prices fits right into that trend.

体感としては、バンビエンより若干高め。ただし首都なので設備や清潔感は安定している。
My impression is that prices are slightly higher than in Vang Vieng. But since this is the capital, the facilities and cleanliness also feel more stable.

まとめるとこんな感じです。
So to sum it up:

• ベーシックマッサージ：160,000キープ（約1,200円）
  Basic massage: 160,000 kip (about 1,200 yen)
• オイル・アロマ系：240,000キープ（約1,800円）
  Oil or aroma massage: 240,000 kip (about 1,800 yen)
• スパ・高級ライン：300,000〜700,000キープ（約2,200〜5,400円）
  Spa and premium range: 300,000 to 700,000 kip (about 2,200 to 5,400 yen)

とにかくクタクタになるまで楽しんで夜はマッサージでリセットがラオスの正解の過ごし方
My ideal way to enjoy Laos is simple: have fun until you’re completely exhausted, then reset at night with a massage.
