ビエンチャン中心部にあるKhua Din（クアディン）バスターミナルは、いわゆるローカルバスのハブで、観光客向けというより現地の人の生活動線に組み込まれているリアルな交通拠点です。場所はモーニングマーケット（Talat Sao）のすぐ横で、市内中心からも徒歩圏内。トゥクトゥクやタクシーを使えば数分で到着するアクセスの良さが魅力です。
Khua Din Bus Terminal in central Vientiane is a local hub mainly used by residents rather than tourists. It is located right next to Talat Sao (Morning Market), within walking distance from the city center, and easily accessible by tuk-tuk or taxi.
行き方はシンプルで、市内中心（ナイトマーケット周辺など）からなら徒歩15〜25分程度。暑いので無理せずトゥクトゥクを使うのがおすすめ。料金は30,000〜50,000キープ（約200〜350円）くらいが目安。
Getting there is simple. From central areas like the night market, it’s about a 15–25 minute walk. Due to the heat, taking a tuk-tuk is recommended, costing around 30,000–50,000 kip (approx. $1.5–$2.5).

ターミナル自体はかなりシンプルで、チケットカウンターと待合スペースがある程度。ただし周辺にはローカル食堂や売店が充実していて、出発前の腹ごしらえにはかなり便利。軽食からしっかりご飯まで揃うので、ここはむしろ強み。
The terminal itself is basic, with ticket counters and a small waiting area. However, there are plenty of local eateries and food stalls nearby, making it a great place to grab a meal before departure.
一方でバスのクオリティは正直ピンキリで、古めの車両も多いです。エアコンが弱かったり、座席がくたびれていたりすることもあるので、日本の感覚で「快適さ」を期待しすぎない方がいい。
On the downside, bus quality varies, and many vehicles are quite old. Air conditioning may be weak, and seats can be worn out, so it’s best not to expect high comfort.
とはいえ、この価格帯と路線の豊富さを考えるとかなり優秀な移動手段。ローカル感を楽しみながら移動したい人にはおすすめのターミナルです。
Overall, considering the low prices and wide network, it’s a very practical transport option. Highly recommended if you want to experience local travel in Laos.
