At our international hostel in Hiroshima, every day is filled with stories, connections, and shared moments. Now it’s your turn to join our hostel family.
■ What You’ll Do
・Cleaning: Keeping rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, lounge, and beds fresh and tidy
・Reception: Assisting with check-ins and welcoming guests warmly
・Content Creation: Sharing your travel experiences (at least 2 IG posts per week)
・Event Support: Helping with community events like English Night
・Guest Guidance: Learning our local tips and helping travelers enjoy the city
■ What We’re Looking For
・Someone who takes initiative and understands the spirit of an international hostel
・Detail-oriented and reliable in communication
・Friendly and warm, even outside working hours
・Enjoys talking with guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere
・Willing to learn some basic Japanese
・Comfortable with writing or posting on social media
・Loves exploring the city and sharing experiences
■ What We Care About
Our goal is simple:
A quiet, comfortable stay for our dorm guests, and meaningful, fun conversations in the shared lounge.
We want people who truly enjoy connecting with others. Not just polite service, but real warmth. A hostel is built on people—the stories, the laughter, the memories we create together.
