Hi, I\u2019m Hazuki, the owner of the hostel.
\nI went to okonomiyaki restaurant \u201cLOPEZ\u201d near Yokogawa Station today.<\/p>\n

Actually, I have passed by the restaurant many times, but it was always crowded with people so I couldn\u2019t go there until today.
\nToday, I checked the opening hours and got to the restaurant when it opens!!<\/p>\n

….What?\u00a0 Why are they making more than 5 okonomiyaki already?<\/p>\n

Are there any other customers other than me?\u00a0 (There were 2 customers who ordered 4 to 5 okonomiyaki to go.\u00a0 2 groups of customers came after me.)
\nThe restaurant has high ratings.\u00a0 Although the restaurant was just opened, there were already so many people!!!<\/p>\n

Because it\u2019s a restaurant owned by an owner from Central America, I ordered a unique okonomiyaki.<\/p>\n

Chorizo!\u00a0 (A spicy sausage)<\/p>\n

I looked at the chorizo on a sizzling hot plate in front of me.\u00a0 The chorizo was hot and spicy, which went well with beer.\u00a0 I wanted to drink a shot of tequila, too.<\/p>\n

\u201cNiku tama soba (okonomiyaki with meat, egg and soba) topped with jalapeno<\/strong> (a hot green pepper, used especially in Mexican cooking) was ready to eat.<\/p>\n

The egg was <\/strong>over easy<\/strong>.\u00a0 (If you like over hard, don\u2019t worry.\u00a0 The egg will be over hard while you\u2019re eating because it\u2019s on the hot plate.)<\/p>\n

The green thing topped with okonomiyaki is jalapeno.\u00a0 Jalapenos soaked in a jar like pickles are hot and sour, which is very good.\u00a0 It\u2019s like a novel red pickled ginger.<\/p>\n

Anyway, the hot plate is very hot<\/strong>.\u00a0 I eat okonomiyaki from a hot plate in other restaurants, but the hot plate isn\u2019t this hot.\u00a0 Well, I think this hot plate goes beyond the limits of keeping okonomiyaki hot…\u00a0 If you can\u2019t eat hot food, let\u2019s ask them to bring you an extra plate! (lol)<\/p>\n
