\u25a0 July 23rd<\/sup>, 2015\u00a0 Introduced the first property<\/strong><\/p>\n Mr. N, department manager, sent me an email at once.\u00a0 How fast!<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019ve attached a property information.\u00a0 I\u2019m not sure the room is big enough to put all the beds as desired, but I think it\u2019s quite good.\u00a0 It\u2019s located within walking distance of downtown of Hiroshima and Peace Memorial Park.\u00a0 I think the size of the property is perfect to keep the initial cost low. \u00a0I hope you\u2019ll like it.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Mm.\u00a0 I\u2019m not familiar with this area, but I noticed that this place was very convenient at once.\u00a0 This was because a lot of national chain hotels are located nearby.\u00a0 In other words, it\u2019s easily accessible.\u00a0 Many guest houses are located a bit far from the stations, so I thought our hostel would have a special strength if it was located in the place that is easy to find or easy to access.<\/p>\n The building is two-stories high and you have to rent the whole building.\u00a0 The scale of the building is over 100 square meters.\u00a0 (In fact, having an area of 100 square meters is very important.\u00a0 I\u2019ll write about it sometime soon.)\u00a0 I thought it\u2019s very useful because you can separate the common space and guest rooms between 1st<\/sup> floor and 2nd<\/sup> floor.<\/p>\n Yeah, this property looks good.\u00a0 Just like Mr. N, I\u2019m grateful to him for helping me.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n I started to create the rough layout of the hostel and estimate the cost based on the layout.\u00a0 I\u2019m used to these kinds of stuff because my current job is development of hotels.\u00a0 So, it\u2019s my strong area.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u25a0 August 27th<\/sup>, 2015\u00a0 My birthday and our wedding anniversary<\/strong><\/p>\n Happy 28th<\/sup> birthday to me!
