Hi, I am the owner of THE EVERGREEN HOSTEL, Hazuki.<\/p>\n

What I thought after moving here is this:<\/p>\n

Fishes are cheap here!<\/h1>\n

Fishes in Hiroshima\u2026\u3000I can\u2019t help buying them because all of them look delicious.

It was my first time to see \u201cyazu\u201d after I moved here. I didn\u2019t have any clue about this fish.\u00a0 Yazu?\u00a0 Yazu???? In fact it was a fry of a yellowtail.<\/p>\n

The fish gets different Japanese names according to their stage of growth in Japan. In Shikoku, Yamaguchi and Hiroshima, the name of the fish changes like this: yazu\u2192hamachi\u2192buri. Wow!

Look at this. A flatfish looks delicious, too\u2661\u00a0 There is a communal kitchen at the hostel, so please cook a flatfish in soy sauce for me.\u00a0 I\u2019ll get seasonings by our inauguration.\u00a0 Tableware is already ready.<\/p>\n

Nodoguro, hilgendorf saucord, is a prized fish, isn\u2019t it? There are a bunch of them at the ordinary supermarket!!!\u00a0 I can\u2019t believe it!<\/p>\n

Furthermore, it feels like there are many fish-paste products at the supermarkets. Because Hiroshima is located near the ocean, there are many kinds of fish.\u00a0 Needless to say, there are many kinds of fish-paste products, too.<\/p>\n

Not only the souvenir shops, but also check out the fish section at the supermarket to see the dietary culture of the place! So, please visit the fish section at the supermarket in Hiroshima.<\/p>\n
